Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

We are happy to refund or exchange any garments that are returned to us within 28 days of receipt in their original packaging and unused. They must be accompanied by our offical returns form giving reason for the return, a form is send out in every parcel and can be downloaded from our website. You must use a recongnised service with proof of delievery. If you need to exchange or return any goods, all we ask is that you cover the cost of sending the goods back to us, unless there was a qauility issue ( see below*). 

If a customer has wrongly ordered or want to cancel any order, they can cancel the order by email or in writing, there is no handling charge or restocking fee to restock cancelled orders. 

Any Goods that have been Embroidered, Printed or Specially altered can not be exchanged or returned unless there was a Quality issue ( See Below*).
